About TENON
The quality of a finish is decided long before anyone sees it.
Tenon is a joinery and interior finishing manufacturer, working from our own factory in New Damietta.
It is decided in the grade of board, the accuracy of a cut, and the patience to sand a door a second time. Skilled hands and an eye for detail are what turn a specification into something worth looking at.
We source and manufacture — timber, boards, hardware and finishing systems — then produce, supply and install: doors, kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, staircases, panelling, reception counters and cabinetry. Because production happens in our own factory and materials are sourced to specification, we hold the cost and the programme ourselves.
Quality control here is not a final inspection. It starts at design and runs to the last piece fitted on site. We deal with each client directly, and our reputation rests on the ones who come back.
What we are for
Vision
To be the manufacturer specifiers name first when the finish has to be right.
Mission
To source, manufacture and install to a specification we own — importing nothing we cannot stand behind — and answer for all of it.
Values
Accuracy before speed. Materials you can verify. One point of responsibility.
Operating divisions
Two divisions, one point of responsibility
Wooden Work Division
Doors, kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, cladding and skirting, wall and ceiling panelling, reception counters, pergolas and loose furniture.
Aluminium Work Division
Aluminium doors and windows, kitchen cabinets, curtain walling, structural and thermal-break glazing, and shopfronts.
Why choose us
Six reasons clients come back
Experienced team
Craftsmen, draughtsmen and installers who have done this work for years — not a crew assembled per project.
Design in-house
Shop drawings and design development done by us, so ideas are tested on paper before they cost anything on site.
Competitive pricing
Manufacturing ourselves removes the supplier's margin. You pay for the work, not for the middleman.
Verifiable quality
Materials sourced by named brand and origin, so a consultant can check exactly what was quoted against what arrives.
Support after handover
Snagging, adjustment and warranty are part of the job. We stay reachable once the site is closed.
Efficient delivery
Every activity scheduled and budgeted from the outset, which is how projects finish on programme.

Quality, health, safety and environment
An integrated management system
Tenon is committed to sustainable design, production, installation and after-sales service, through a system covering quality, health and safety, and the environment — reviewed regularly and applied in the factory and on site alike.
Quality
- Work only to approved shop drawings and signed-off samples
- Inspect every piece before it leaves the factory
- Record and close snags in writing, not verbally
- Review the system regularly and act on client feedback
Health & safety
- Comply with Egyptian labour and civil defence requirements
- Method statement and risk assessment before work begins
- PPE issued and enforced on every site
- Only trained operators on fixed machinery
Environment
- Source timber through documented, traceable supply
- Dust extraction at the machine, not after the fact
- Segregate offcuts, board waste and packaging for recycling
- Low-VOC finishes wherever the specification allows
Organisation
One line of responsibility
From the client's instruction to the man on the bench. Six departments report to the general manager; the detailed organisation chart and headcount by discipline are issued with each project at award.
