Projects
From individual products to complete project packages.
The same factory, the same people and the same specification discipline, applied at project scale. We survey, draw, manufacture and install with our own team, and answer for the whole of it.
What we do
Four things a main contractor actually needs from a joinery package.
Manufacture in our own factory
Nothing is subcontracted out of sight. Boards, hardware and finishing systems are sourced to the approved specification and cut on our own machines in New Damietta.
Shop drawings and samples first
Nothing enters production before the drawings and the physical samples are signed off. Approval is the gate, not a formality after the fact.
Inspection before it leaves
Every piece is inspected in the factory against the approved drawing. Snags are recorded and closed in writing, not settled verbally on site.
Installed by our own team
The people who fit the work are ours, so the programme and the finish stay under one point of responsibility through to handover.
Method
Our production and installation method statements are issued with the quotation, covering sequence, hold points and inspection at each stage. They are written per project rather than published, because the detail belongs to the job it was drawn for.
